Hi + thanks for visiting!

I’m Meg, health & fitness enthusiast. I created LWN as a way to share my favorite workouts, recipe makeovers, healthy tricks + tips and (mostly) active adventures in my native city  with my friends & family. LWN started to grow so I’ve recruited some of my health heroes to co-author with me, so look for their posts too!  I’m a firm believer in non-diets, eating without guilt, being active, and living with purpose & joy.
